«an Kraftfahrzeugen und anderen motorbetriebenen Maschinen ist verboten. Dies gilt nicht für 1. Kleinreparaturen, von denen keine Gefahr für die öffentliche Sicherheit, insbesondere Gesundheitsbeeinträchtigung, Umweltgefährdung oder Lärmbeeinträchtigung, ausgeht, 2. Reparaturen plötzlich aufgetretener Störungen zur Wiederherstellung der sofortigen Betriebsbereitschaft bei Kraftfahrzeugen, sofern ein Abschleppen nicht zumutbar ist. (2) Kraftfahrzeuge, Wohnwagen und sonstige Anhänger dürfen außerhalb von Zeltoder sonst hierfür ausgewiesenen Plätzen nicht als Unterkünfte genutzt werden. Eine einzelne Übernachtung als notwendige Ruhepause zum Zwecke der Erhaltung oder der Wiederherstellung der Verkehrstauglichkeit wird von dem Verbot nicht berührt. (3) In Grün- und Spielanlagen ist das Fahren, Schieben, Parken und Abstellen von Kraftfahrzeugen sowie Wohnwagen oder sonstigen Anhängern verboten. Dies gilt nicht für Einsatzfahrzeuge der Gefahrenabwehrbehörden, der Feuerwehr und der Rettungsdienste im dienstlichen Einsatz sowie für Fahrzeuge, deren Einsatz der Unterhaltung der Grün- und Spielanlagen dient.»
