Ranked by how much it costs to believe them —in money or in liberty—. Each one with its article and its source.
«The right of access covers my campervan»

FALSE in all five countries where it exists, and it is the structural myth of northern Europe.
Scotland excludes it literally in section 9 of the Land Reform Act: «in or with a motorised vehicle». In Norway the friluftsloven § 2 refers to the motorferdselloven, whose § 3 prohibits motorferdsel in utmark. And Naturvårdsverket says it plainly: «Det ingår inte i allemansrätten att ställa upp en husbil».

FALSE: they are PER MUNICIPALITY. Moving the vehicle 200 metres resets nothing.
Art. 50.º-A n.º 2 says «por um período máximo de 48 horas no mesmo município». And since the Algarve is almost entirely covered by POOC or protected area, the permissive rule is in reality an inland rule.

FALSE. Only if it is a traffic offence.
Under a municipal by-law, up to €3,000 (Ley 7/1985 art. 141). On a beach, the Ley de Costas calculates at €40 per m² per day: a 7 × 2.3 m motorhome comes to ~€644 per day. In a protected natural area the management plan of the area itself governs, and that is where the amount is set. And the popular range «from €100 to €5,000» does not come from any regulation.

DANGEROUSLY FALSE.
RD 518/2026 exists and enters into force on 1 October, but what it does is IMPOSE conditions on parking and relocate municipal powers in full to a new article 156, which also allows charging «en función de sus dimensiones». The municipality can still prohibit where parking takes place.
«If the owner of the Swedish meadow gives me permission, that settles it»

FALSE, and it sounds reasonable, which is what makes it dangerous.
«Terrängkörningslagen gäller för alla, även för markägaren själv»: the law also binds the landowner, so the owner cannot authorise anyone. In Finland it is exactly the reverse — without a complaint from the owner there are no proceedings.

FALSE SINCE 2022.
Section 60C of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act punishes anyone who «resides or intends to reside» on another person's land with a vehicle: up to 3 months in prison, £2,500 and a police power to seize the vehicle.
