- The occupants may remain inside the parked vehicle provided that the activity carried out inside does not extend to the outside; for that reason it is not regarded as camping.
- The regulated space is the designated one next to the Cooperativa Falset-Marçà, called the «àrea de pernocta d'autocaravanes de Falset»; art. 2 defines it as a space intended to receive and park motorhomes and campervans in transit «així com a les persones que viatgen en elles, per al seu descans».
