Where the line lies between parking, sleeping and camping
camping · England and Wales
Camping is forbidden outside a campsite or designated zone. What changes from one country to another is which gesture crosses the line:
  • the line is not taking out the table: it is RESIDING WITHOUT PERMISSION ON SOMEONE ELSE'S LAND
  • taking out camping equipment is precisely the evidence with which the police prove the «intends to reside»
  • art.
60C(5): «imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale, or both»)
