«1. Het college kan ontheffing verlenen van het verbod. 3. Het verbod geldt niet: voor vaartuigen en woonboten die een ligplaats innemen waar dit op grond van het omgevingsplan is toegestaan; voor woonwagens met een woonbestemming; op een kampeerterrein dat als zodanig in het omgevingsplan is bestemd of mede bestemd; op kampeerplaatsen die zijn aangewezen op grond van artikel 4:19 van H6 afd. 3 Verordening fysieke leefomgeving Deurne 2021.»
