In aanvulling op artikel 1.8 kan de vergunning worden geweigerd in het belang van: de bescherming van natuur en landschap of de bescherming van een dorpsgezicht. 4. Op de vergunning is paragraaf 4.1.3.3 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht (positieve fictieve beschikking bij niet tijdig beslissen) niet van toepassing.»
