- la prohibición forestal de acampar decae únicamente para las tareas ejecutadas al amparo de la Ustawa z dnia 5 grudnia 2024 r. o ochronie ludności i obronie cywilnej (art. 30 ust. 2 pkt 4 de la Ustawa o lasach)
- en los parques nacionales y en las reservas naturales está prohibido acampar salvo en los lugares señalados por el director del parque nacional y, en la reserva, por el director regional de protección del medio ambiente (art. 15 ust. 1 pkt 23 de la Ustawa z dnia 16 kwietnia 2004 r. o ochronie przyrody)
- en los parques nacionales y reservas está prohibido además encender fuego y usar llama abierta fuera de los lugares señalados (art. 15 ust. 1 pkt 10 de la misma ley)
