Het college kan ontheffing verlenen van het verbod als bedoeld in het eerste lid. 4. Het verbod geldt niet voor het gedurende 3 dagen plaatsen en geplaatst houden van een eenvoudig (nachtelijk) onderkomen met een maximale oppervlakte van 7m2 voor het gebruik door sportvissers tijdens de uitoefening van de hengelsport. 5. Onverminderd het bepaalde in artikel 1:8. kan de ontheffing worden geweigerd in het belang van: de bescherming van natuur en landschap; of de bescherming van een stadsgezicht.»
