Onverminderd het bepaalde in artikel 1:8 kan de ontheffing worden geweigerd in het belang van de bescherming van: natuur en landschap; of een stadsgezicht. 5. Het eerste lid, is niet van toepassing op door het college aangewezen plaatsen. 6. Het college kan bij het aanwijzen van plaatsen als bedoeld in lid 5 nadere regels stellen ter bescherming van de belangen genoemd in het vierde lid.»
