«1. Het verbod geldt niet voor: het plaatsen van kampeermiddelen voor eigen gebruik door de rechthebbende op een terrein, niet zijnde een openbare ruimte; voor de als zodanig aangeduide camperplaatsen aan de Nijverheidssingel.
