«1. Het college kan ontheffing verlenen van het verbod. 3. Het verbod geldt niet: Voor vaartuigen en woonboten die een ligplaats innemen waar dit op grond van het omgevingsplan is toegestaan; Voor woonwagens met een woonbestemming; Op een kampeerterrein dat als zodanig in het omgevingsplan is bestemd of mede bestemd; Op kampeerplaatsen die op grond van artikel 4:19 zijn aangewezen.»
