Het college kan ontheffing verlenen van het verbod. Het verbod geldt niet: a. voor woonwagens met een woonbestemming; b. op een kampeerterrein dat als zodanig in het omgevingsplan is bestemd of mede bestemd; c. op kampeerplaatsen die op grond van artikel 4:19 zijn aangewezen.»
