Het verbod geldt niet: voor vaartuigen en woonboten die een ligplaats innemen waar dit op grond van artikel 5:25 van de Algemene Plaatselijke Verordening is toegestaan; voor woonwagens met een woonbestemming; op een kampeerterrein dat als zodanig in het omgevingsplan is bestemd of mede bestemd; op kampeerplaatsen die op grond van artikel 4:19 van de Algemene plaatselijke verordening zijn aangewezen.»
