Het verbod geldt niet: voor het plaatsen van één of enkele kampeermiddelen voor eigen gebruik voor korte perioden door de rechthebbende op een terrein; voor het plaatsen van kampeerauto’s ten behoeve het kamperen daarin op plaatsen die daarvoor door het college zijn aangewezen, mits de kampeerauto niet langer dan 72 uur op die locatie aanwezig is; voor het plaatsen van kampeermiddelen tijdens het nachtvissen, mits hierbij geen schade wordt toegebracht aan flora en fauna, geen geluidsoverlast wordt veroorzaakt en geen afval wordt achtergelaten. 3. Het college kan ontheffing verlenen van het verbod. 4. Naast de weigeringsgronden in artikel 3.11 kan de ontheffing worden geweigerd in het belang van de bescherming van: natuur en landschap; of een dorpsgezicht.»
