«1. Het college kan ontheffing verlenen van het verbod. 3. Het verbod geldt niet: a. voor vaartuigen en woonboten die een ligplaats innemen waar dit op grond van artikel 3.124 Verordening fysieke leefomgeving is toegestaan; b. voor woonwagens met een woonbestemming; c. op een kampeerterrein dat als zodanig in het omgevingsplan is bestemd of mede bestemd; d. op kampeerplaatsen die op grond van artikel 3.77 Verordening fysieke leefomgeving zijn aangewezen.»
