Dit verbod geldt niet voor het plaatsen van kampeermiddelen voor eigen gebruik door de rechthebbende op een terrein. Het college kan voor bijzondere gelegenheden van tijdelijke aard ontheffing verlenen van het verbod in het eerste lid. Onverminderd het bepaalde in artikel 1.8 kan het college de ontheffing weigeren in het belang van: de bescherming van natuur en landschap; of de bescherming van een stadsgezicht.»
