«1. Het is verboden een openbare plaats als slaapplaats te gebruiken of op een openbare plaats een voertuig, vaartuig, woonwagen, tent of een andere vorm van beschutting als slaapplaats te gebruiken, daarin te overnachten of daartoe gelegenheid te bieden: a. tussen zonsondergang en zonsopgang in door het college aan te wijzen gebieden; b. in andere gevallen dan bedoeld onder a voor zover: 1°. sprake is van overlast of hinder voor de omgeving; 2°. er gevaar is of dreigt voor de omgeving; of 3°. het woon- of leefklimaat wordt aangetast. 2. Het college kan ontheffing verlenen van het verbod. 3. Het verbod geldt niet: a. voor vaartuigen en woonboten die een ligplaats innemen waar dit op grond van artikel 5:25 is toegestaan; b. voor woonwagens met een woonbestemming; c. op een kampeerterrein dat als zodanig in het omgevingsplan is bestemd of mede bestemd; d. op kampeerplaatsen die op grond van artikel 4:19 zijn aangewezen.»
